Memberships
Should your membership lapse, all Kohana Co Points will be forfeited immediately, as well as all Kohana Co Points associated with the referral program from both yourself, and any referral partner(s). There will be no way to recoup Kohana Co Points if your membership lapses due to non-payment. Users with active membership status will be eligible for active discounts, coupons and the ability to accumulate Kohana Points upon purchases where applicable. Active members will also be given access to the referral program in its entirety as well as any future content that is membership locked. You must be a member to purchase products from Kohana Co.
Returns & Exchanges
Products damaged upon arrival of customers will be replaced or credited within 30 days of purchase by Kohana Co. If your package has incorrect products, Kohana Co will offer in-store credit equal to the value of the missing products or send the customer the correct products, free of charge, within 30 days. Products exchanges are strictly prohibited.
Kohana Co. Points
With active membership status, purchases may entitle the customer to receive Kohana Points. The number of points received is stated for each product during the shopping process and will be applied to your account after purchase. Points can be used/redeemed on your next purchase(s) to receive a monetary discount where applicable. Points do not expire, but a membership status lapse will forfeit all account holders Kohana Points. Kohana Points redeem at a value of 1000 Points equals $1.00 CAD off purchases. Kohana Points have no value outside of the Kohana Co website. Any refund that has Kohana Points attached, will be removed from your account upon refund. Points are non-transferrable between accounts.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for a $6.00 charge to Camrose, AB residents only. Packages will be left unattended and are not the responsibility of Kohana Co. after they have been delivered.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 13, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Shipping
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
